This is the first report about prevalence and genovars distribution of C.trachomatis in Armenia. We found significant correlation between U.urealyticum and C.trachomatis at patients with urogenital discomphorts (p<0.001). The high level of Ureaplasma at C.trachomatis positive subjects with urogenital discomphorts can play a role in symptomatic clinical course of C.trachomatis infection.
