According to the World Health Organization, million deaths occur annually due to heart diseases and Coronary Artery Diseases (CAD), these diseases are globally rated as the most considerable cause of death. For the time being and with the dawn of information era, the necessity of using technology in the medical field for diagnosis and treatments has substantially increased. However, medical data are complex and uncertain in most cases. At the same time, this field requires high accuracy and efficiency which can be met by implementing the fuzzy logic in the system. The aim of this study is to design and develop a CAD prediction system using the Fuzzy database. The proposed system calculates a risk factor as a defuzzification method, based on the input variables that are recommended by a Bahraini cardiologist (Age, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, HbA1C, HDL, LDL and Chest pain). The results obtained from this system are compared with conventional defuzzification methods and gave 98.333% similarity.
