Logistics operators are becoming an indispensable element of economic market in the country, and they create the main points of innovative logistics chains. The structure of this kind of object is created on the scale of a country or region, and mostly, is connected with other operators, operating in neighboring countries. This results in international integrated logistics systems, that have a positive impact on trade in goods in foreign trade. Despite this, the effectiveness of the logistics operators is also influenced by the level of customer service quality, which consists of a number of factors and components. This article presents the essence of customer service provided by logistics center, operating in the fashion industry. The article describes the actions and activities of the logistics center, which in the end lead to meet their customers' expectations and needs. The article includes, also, definitions, related to operators and logistics services, as well as pointing out the role, that logistics operator plays in today's economy.
