This paper examines kindergarten teachers’ level of ICT competency, their attitude towards ICT application and their integration of ICT in teaching. To successfully carry out the study, two hypotheses were formulated. A self-structured four point likert scale questionnaire was used for data collection. It was administered on 120 kindergarten teachers who served as sample for the study. Their responses were analyzed using pearson product moment correlation analysis and the result showed that there was a relationship between teachers’ ICT competency, their attitude towards ICT application and their integration of ICT in teaching. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended among others that Government should organize periodic re-training programmes for kindergarten teachers to enable them to be updated with new skills and teaching methods including the integration of ICT in teaching.
