The study represents the effectiveness of SET-BTp in enhancing the Entrepreneurial Competencies of the Students belonging to Special Population in Bicol University College of Education. It aimed to : describe the features of SET; identify the effectiveness of SET in enhancing the following: entrepreneurial skills; attitude toward entrepreneurship; describe the feedback, insights, and experiences of the student-teacher-preneurs; This study used descriptive-evaluative design. It used focus group discussion, content analysis, and questionnaire to identify the effectiveness of the program for the students with financial difficulties. It also used percentage and mean. Entrepreneurial skills develop during the conduct of small-scale business helped a lot in the entrepreneurial activity revealed by the students were; good in marketing the products and communicating with peers. Others were also good in preparing the preferred product, creative in the packaging of products, bookkeeping and making financial documents. On the students’ attitudes towards entrepreneurship, they said that though it’s risky and hard for them to multi-task because of their classes, they all think that there is no gap in knowledge that cannot be filled-in by hard work. They view poverty as a ground for enriching experiential learning. This activity enhanced the students’ interpersonal communications and they're being creative. This may explain why this program (SET-BTp) can be duplicated considering the importance of its outcome at various stages of learner’s life. Lastly, Student Entrepreneurship Training provided students skills needed to be successful Entrepreneurs.
