The purposes of this research are 1) to study the cause, the operational aspect, the development of self-efficacy in employees and the results of self-efficacy toward the employees working in virtual organizations and 2) to examine and confirm the model form of structural equation of successful experienced variables, effects from the supervisor model, effects from supervisor’s verbal persuasion, anxiety and self-esteem towards the self-efficacy of employees working in the virtual organizations which were in accordance with the empirical data.
To investigate the first objective, the sample group included 2 administrations, 3 officers in 4 virtual organizations and 7 lecturers specialized in self-efficacy to answer the semi-structure interview.
