The present study analyzes the impact of organizational justice perception of hotel employees on their intention to leave. 250 questionnaires were filled out by employees of 5-star hotel operating in Alanya. A total of four dimensions were obtained in the study: “distributional justice,” “operational justice,” “interactional justice” and “intention to leave.” The results of the study showed that positive perception of the employees about organizational justice causes lower levels of intention of leave.
