This study used survey research method to explore the relationship among organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational innovative performance in service industry. The population was three hundreds enterprises which belong to the top five hundred service industries in Taiwan. The data was analyzed from sixty four valid companies. According to the descriptive statistics it is found out that the dominant organizational culture in the Taiwan service industry is Bureaucratic, and the most seen leadership style is Goad-oriented. Also, the most seen innovative performance is Process. The regression analysis outcome of organizational culture to innovative performance is significant; it shows the overall explainable percent of variance is 24.3%. Also, leadership style significant affected organizational innovative performance too. The leadership style has 15.2% explainable variance to innovative performance. At last by hierarchical regression analysis, the relationship between innovative leadership and organizational innovative performance will be fully mediated by organizational innovative culture.
