This research aimed to choose the optimal location in order to establish the distribution center and to manage the ecotourism destination in the area of Wattananakorn District, Sa-Kaeo province. The paper includes both academic service and research together. In-depth and narrative interviews with structural question were employed, including 145 tourists and 66 producers and suppliers. The findings disclosed that both demand side and supply side agree to have the distribution center. The optimal location should be settled in the territory of the Bodhivijjalaya College Srinakharinwirot University, Sa-Kaeo province. Handicraft and agricultural product are the target good that should be shown in the distribution center. The former represent local culture and the local way of life. The latter should focus on an organic and agro-processing product. Accommodation should be improved in terms of rooms and car park as well as restaurants. Rising income and declining inequality will be the benefit of this distribution center. Road improvement and the development of tourism route along ecotourism destination are the main requests of the demand side, namely map, street sign, and tourism symbol.
