<p>Many organizations are currently refocusing on performance management systems to manage a global
digital workforce via highly integrated real-time human resource platforms. Employees may believe
that there is a flaw in performance management, which lies with managers and human resources
departments. This article discusses the challenges within the current performance management
processes and provides a framework for improving employee performance with an integrated digital
performance management model for organizations.</p>
