This research is an experimental research which is objective 1) to develop the Mathematic Skill Package on relationship between addition and multiplication for Prathom Suksa students to have the quality figure of 75/75 2) to compare the achievement of students who learn by using the Mathematics skill package and the normal class, and 3) to study the satisfactory of students who learn by the Mathematics skill package. The sample are students in Prathom Suksa in the first semester of 2015 at KhongDang school which is located in Muang district, Loei. 1) The efficiency of the skills training sets of the mathematic achievement test of the relationship between addition and multiplication for the primary students is efficiency as follow the defined criteria at 74.44/72.24. 2) The mathematic learning achievement of the relationship between addition and multiplication for the primary students who have been taught using the mathematic skills training sets was found that the posttest is higher than that of the pretest at the levels of statistical significance .01 3) The satisfaction of the students toward the mathematic learning using the skills training sets of the relationship between addition and multiplication for the primary students was at a high level (X = 3.59, S = .56).
