To make a plan for a business motivation would be easier for a start-up project, but the most common situation is to work with an existing one which is the case of the university. We will propose some benchmarks for this situation. To make new proposals, trainings and motivations for students in the early years can be easy, but it is increasingly complicated to propose guidelines for a group of students in their final courses. In this case the students have acquired ways of proceeding, it is difficult to repair defects, and students are accustomed to perform their work in a way trying to do the minimum possible. Given this attitude, the teacher of the course must deal with tasks different from daily classes to make students change their attitude. Sometimes a group of students, or the whole class behavior should be analyzed to develop a motivational plan to help the students to make a change to improve the working environment, optimize time, and ultimately get that people be happier, and the work more comfortable.
