This research work is to investigate the perspectives of students, the relevance of Curriculum contents of Physical and Health Education for Colleges of Education in Nigeria with reference to the four Colleges of Education in Osun State, Nigeria that offered Physical and Health Education Courses. The population for the study involved Colleges of Education in Osun state. The Colleges are; Osun State College of Education Ilesa, Osun State College of Education Ila-orangun, Assanuiyyah College of Education Ode-Omu, Foreign links College of Education Moro. The research instrument used is a self-structural questionnaire. The instrument collected were analyzed using frequency distribution tables, simple percentages, and chi-square analysis to test the null hypothesis, the findings shows that college of education students in Nigeria perceived the Curriculum Contents of Physical and Health Education to be very challenging and relevant to the total life development and career. Recommended are that both Federal and State Government should organize regular Physical & Health Education Seminars and workshop for all the stakeholders in the teaching of Physical and Health Education.
