The study examined the effect of Group counselling on Youths' attitude towards Examination Malpractices in Lagos State, Nigeria. Six hundred (600) Senior Secondary School Students in Lagos State comprising of 290 (48.3%) male and 310 (51.7%) female selected randomly participated in the study. Two research hypotheses were raised and the results showed a significant effect of Group Counselling on the attitude of participants to examination malpractices. Also, there was no significant difference due to gender in the attitude of participants exposed to Group Counselling. Some recommendations were made.
