This study is focused on the development of a consistent design for structural equation modeling (SEM) on both the direct and indirect influences on logistics and supply chain management that affect the effectiveness of the firms automotive industry sector in Thailand. The first step of the study is a critical literature review of existing logistics and supply chain performance, effectiveness measurement systems, and a review of their implementation via valuable top published journals. Next, a comparison is carried out to evaluate both advantages and disadvantage from these established systems and out of this review, A Structural Equation Model of Logistics and supply chain management performance effectiveness in the Thai automotive industry: A Conceptual Perspective is developed. Future researchers can use the current proposed framework to conduct. Empirical studies that will fill some of the current knowledge gaps and specify significantly beneficial managerial implications.
